Q: What happens if I move after I have placed an online order / a preorder?
A: Send an email to bubblewrapporders@gmail.com with the new details for your shipping location. We will make every effort to update the information on your order and to ensure the label associated with your order is updated, too.
*If your order has already been processed and provided to the shipping carrier, we cannot make any changes to the address.
Q: How long does it take for my order to ship?
A: While most orders ship next day, please allow up to one business week (5 business days) for your order to ship. If your order is a preorder item it will ship at the estimated release time as outlined in the product description (this is subject to change without notice). Furthermore, the shipping timeframe provided in product listings is subject to change without our knowledge due to natural disasters, political events, etc. Bubble Wrapp reserves the right to update customers as soon as we have updated and more current information via newsletter, email, direct message, etc. Bubble Wrapp will not be held liable due to shipping delays as we, Bubble Wrapp, cannot control the above outlined or similar circumstances or events.
Q: What are the shipping rates?
A: Shipping rates are based on weight and size of the items and calculated using Shopify proprietary software, while also including Shopify integrated discounts for partnering and using their shipping software. You can add items to your cart and click the calculate button for exact shipping rates. Please note international shipping rates change regularly and, at times, be miscalculated due to these changes, if this happens we will reach out to you to let you know the difference and possibly change shipping services or adjust purchase options to fit your needs. All VAT/import taxes will be due by customers upon signing for package delivery. If package delivery is refused and in that event, returned to Bubble Wrapp, an additional fee of 5% will be applied post receipt of returned product due to handling & re-shelving costs. No refunds or exchanges will be made for UK/EU/Asia or otherwise non-US (United States) purchases, with all EU (European Union) residents responsible for paying VAT for all purchases regardless of cost.
Q: Does Bubble Wrapp ship internationally?
A: Yes, all international shipping is done through USPS, UPS of DHL. (USPS First Class mail has limited to no tracking outside of the US which can create customer-related, as well as Bubble Wrapp-related difficulties tracking packages to delivery and troubleshooting status' that stall with no electronic updates in 3rd party tracking systems), with UPS providing international tracking and reasonably competitive rates that are on par with USPS.
Q: Can I have my order held until a future date to combine multiple orders and potentially save on shipping costs?
A: Yes. By requesting to have "hold my order" in the Special Instruction to Seller Box during checkout, we will place your order on hold after purchase. Your item(s) will be removed from our inventory and set aside. At any point in the future you may contact us at bubblewrapptoys@gmail.com with your order number(s) to request they be shipped out. We will then package all of your ordered item(s) that are in stock into a single package together, calculate shipping, print a label, and prepare for shipment. If there is any shipping costs saved by combing shipping, we will after printing your shipping label, issue a refund directly to you.
Pre-Orders
- Shipping FAQS: If you order multiple items that have different ship dates we will hold all of your items until they have all arrived and ship them at once, unless informed otherwise. If you would prefer separate shipments be issued, meaning that we ship items that are in stock within our standard shipment period and ship the pre-ordered items when they arrive, please notify us in the "Special instructions for seller" comment box available during checkout.
- Absolutely no cancellations/refunds are available on pre-ordered items.
Q: When will my preorder(s) arrive & ship?
A: Each product will have an estimated arrival time. Our Vendors supply us with these arrival times and we try to keep them as current and accurate as possible. Please remember these estimated arrival times are subject to change without notice. We do not advocate or recommend making a purchase of preorder items with an expectation it will arrive in time for a specific event such as holidays, birthdays, anniversary, etc.
If you are intending on trying to give a preorder item as a gift, please reach out to us @ bubblewrapptoys@gmail.com to verify if there is an updated availability timeline for delivery. We will do our best to keep you up to date; however, we are not liable for delivery timelines leading up to delivery to Bubble Wrapp that result in missing your requested timeframe.
However, if we do receive the preordered items, we will process them according to our standard shipping policy and will ship with your, the customer, outlined and selected shipping method that was chosen at the original checkout point of your purchase. If you, the customer, would like to update your shipping selection, please email us at bubblewrapptoys@gmail.com to specify the change you'd like to be made, which will allow us to send out an updated invoice for the additional fees.
If the invoice is not paid within 24 hours from invoice issuance, the originally selected shipping method will remain in effect.
Shipping Insurance Policy & Practices
Q: What happens if a package was shipped, tracked, and delivery status states "delivered", but my package cannot be located?
A: At the time of purchase, if a customer does not select a shipping service through their chosen carrier that requires a signature at time of delivery, Bubble Wrapp reserves the right to not issue a refund or exchange for the purchase price or shipping costs (separate or combined) of said purchase. When Bubble Wrapp issues the purchased product to the selected shipping provider, it is the shipping providers responsibility to deliver the parcel to the customer, so long as that delivery is stated as "delivered" in the shipping providers 3rd party software, a package that was "delivered" but cannot be found will not receive a refund, store credit, or replacement product. Bubble Wrapp will always validate, independently, with the customers selected shipping provider to ensure that their status of "delivered" is valid in their system. Upon receiving a ticket #, case #, or anything similar for said issue, Bubble Wrapp will share said information with the customer. If the shipping provider validates the successful delivery of a product, theft of delivered parcels is not the responsibility of Bubble Wrapp to replace, reimburse, or any other requested service from the customer. Bubble Wrapp reserves the right to not issue any compensation, of any kind, for packages successfully delivered and stolen or otherwise lost from the moment delivery is registered as successful.
Toy & Packaging Conditions
Bubble Wrapp only sells certified and guaranteed authentic, genuine, authorized & officially licensed merchandise from reputable manufacturers, distributors & suppliers. Photos of product(s) may not represent delivered package condition, colors, or styling as these are subject to change by manufacturer, distributors & suppliers without our, Bubble Wrapp, knowledge or consent; note that our consent is not required to make such changes as we are only the retailer and do not play a role in production processes of toys unless otherwise advertised or detailed in product descriptions, newsletters, marketing, etc.

A: Your item will ship at the end of the gallery event (this is typically 30 days after the event start date), unless otherwise stipulated or requested.
