Bubble Wrapp Return Policies

Q: What is the Bubble Wrapp return policy?

A: We will only exchange your item if it is damaged. We do not offer refunds if you decide after you purchase the item(s), that you no longer want the item(s). We can't fix buyer's remorse, but we can fix broken/damaged goods.

Defective items: If you receive an item that has a manufacturer’s defect we are happy to ship a replacement. Please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. Bubble Wrapp will cover all shipping fees to and from our warehouse on defective items. Defective items may only be exchanged for the same item.

We are not able to accept any figure(s) or item(s) that have been disassembled or modified in any way, due to the overall quality and integrity being compromised. If you fail to contact us within 2 days of receiving your order, we will not replace the manufacturer's defect item(s). If the item is defective and we are sold out of that item/series, we will honor an exchange amount for fair market value of the originally purchased product, only so long as the terms and conditions above have been met.

Bubble Wrapp Cancellation Policies

Q: What if I want to cancel my order?

A: We will only cancel your order if you reach out to us via email @ bubblewrapptoys@gmail.com within 12 hours of processing your order. You must provide either a) provide a screen shot of your purchase order confirmation in the body of your message or b) attach a copy of your purchase order confirmation in order for Bubble Wrapp Toys to verify your purchase. If neither of these actions are taken to provide proof of your purchase, we will not honor the request to cancel it (the order) and will consider the order cancellation request not actionable.

We reserve the right to collect funds generated by the purchase and to either a) ship the product to you or b) keep possession of the product and funds generated from its sale if you do not contact us within 12 hours of purchase date and time. If contacted after 12 hours of purchase date and time, the order and request will be considered fraudulent and an attempt to receive a product for free due to it being shipped out with no way of cancellation or stopping shipment and a request for funds to be returned. If an order cancellation is requested beyond the outlined policies, a 10% restocking fee of the total value of the purchase, along with the cost of shipping charged at the time of checkout being withheld from refund to the customer, will be charged (or withheld from the refunded value of the purchase) prior to the purchase value amount being reissued to the customer. This policy is in effect immediately after concluding a purchase following all above terms and conditions.

Bubble Wrapp Discount Policies

Q: Can I apply a discount code I receive after I have already completed a purchase?

A: No. All purchases are final, regarding price once checkout has been completed. If you make a purchase of any item(s) at 100% of the listed cost and receive a newsletter, email, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Reddit, Pinterest, etc. notification that there is a discount code available, it cannot be retroactively applied to a purchase already completed.

The discount code is applicable only on future purchases for the stated duration of time in the communication from Bubble Wrapp Toys, i.e "discount code is valid from x/x/20xx to x/x/20xx." We reserve the right to not, at any time, apply a discount code retroactively regardless of circumstance presented as per our terms and conditions listed above.
