Kinko's mood was very low. She had very few friends in her class, and was the least conspicuous one. At lunch, only one person would join her to eat. She was rarely seen joining the girls ”bathroom club."
I’m curious and have been watching Kinko. I'd like to talk to her, but I've never found the chance. She always disappears when I try.
One day after school, I stumbled upon Kinko singing in an empty auditorium. Her song was bright and beautiful as if the world was watching and she was on stage with a dazzling light. I was amazed.
Kinko saw me and finished singing the tune. Then she smiled and it moved me just as her singing voice did. Turns out it was the day before she participated in a big singing competition for a record company.
Now every time I see Kinko singing on the TV screen, I think of the past when I was in middle school, and she smiled.
