Bandy is a mystery girl who has emotion control superpowers, deriving from an unknown origin. She was discovered, brainwashed, and contained by Institute 0057, which belongs to a universe-wide physics and bio-tech company.
After many years working as both a research subject and assistant in the institute, Bandy found an opportunity to escape!
Upon escaping Bandy founded her own private agency with some friends, such as her best friend Tofu that accompanies her everywhere, to help the ones who are suffering inhumane experiences, to uncover who the masterminds are behind Institute 0057, and defeat the company's conspiracy-driven grasp on the universe.
